2. Booking Fees
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and is redeemable toward your treatment or consultation on the day of your appointment.
Booking fees apply to cosmetic injectable treatments and all other services offered at the practice.
3. Cancellation & Appointment Changes
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment.
Your booking fee will be forfeited if any of the following occur:
1. You decide not to proceed with treatment at the time of your appointment.
2. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show).
3. Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time.
4. Arriving 10 minutes or more late, resulting in insufficient treatment time.
If a booking fee was waived at the time of booking and your appointment is cancelled under the circumstances listed above, you agree to pay a $50 cancellation fee.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be required to reschedule.
- In these circumstances, any deposit or booking fee will be forfeited.
This ensures appointments remain fair and on schedule for all clients.
5. Medical Treatment Conditions & Suitability
As a medical aesthetics practice, client safety is our highest priority. Some treatments have specific medical contraindications, and treatment may be declined if deemed unsuitable.
Treatment will not proceed if:
1. You are under the age of 18.
2. You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
3. You are unwell, have an active infection, or a cold sore in the treatment area.
4. The treatment is clinically assessed as unnecessary or not in your best interest.
5. Previous treatments are considered improperly placed or overfilled and require
correction or waiting periods before further treatment.
6. You arrive late and the appointment must be rescheduled (booking fees remain
non-refundable).
Suitability for treatment is always determined during consultation to ensure safe and appropriate outcomes.
